The Karu sofa and armchair were first produced by Gunnar Haimi for his company Haimi Oy in Finland in the 1940s. This new edition of the sofa is available in two sizes, perfectly complimenting the Karu armchair and stool from our Classic Collection. The proportions and curved arms of these pieces epitomise the post-war Nordic aesthetic.

Materials
Solid beech wood frame constructed using traditional joinery methods. Upholstered in genuine sheepskin or fabric with foam padding & fully sprung seat. European Oak or American walnut feet.
