The Polar sofa is inspired by the spectacular scenery of the glacial landscape, where majestic ice blocks of irregular shapes float freely in the northern seas.

Designed by Pearson Lloyd, Polar is a dynamic and versatile system that intelligently and originally interprets the needs of contemporary living, drawing inspiration from the intrinsic forms of natural Arctic landscapes. In the sofa, seats and backrests, characterised by solid volumes and oblique cuts, can be combined freely to create up to six different seating configurations. Completing the system are the armchair and an original piece that can be used as a seat or table.

Internal frame Seat frame: poplar plywood 18mm thick with elastic belts, with fiberboard timber lateral frame.
